I went to Shreveport, Louisiana to take in Mardi Gras and party during Superbowl. Let's begin with meeting up with Melody and Leroy Schubert on the plane from Houston (after getting in from NYC) to Shreveport. Propeller style. We first stopped into the tourism office to get all of the press info and itinerary. Murals on the walls and not just at the tourism office...but later for that.
