FAIRWAY MARKET TAKES KOSHER CATERING TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL

 a new 84-page kosher catering menu to make any gathering – from weddings, B’nei
Mitzvahs, Kiddushes, and holiday and Shabbat meals to Super Bowl parties, business lunches, brunches,
and simple get-togethers with friends – delicious, healthy, and all under the internationally-recognized
and trusted supervision of KOF-K.

of Fairway’s 14 stores in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, Rockland, and
Connecticut.

And no matter the occasion, Fairway’s Kosher Catering is a one-stop shop, offering not just the most
scrumptious and diverse food selections, but also full catering service, including staffing, linens, floral
design, and other party equipment rental needs. There are also specialized savings offers for synagogues,
and gift card programs to support fundraising and non-profit organizations. In addition, Fairway, with its
powerful marketing arm, can help these synagogues and organizations with their outreach efforts to
ensure that they achieve their goals.

The menu choices are structured so individuals can create their own bill of fare or select from the many themed packages, including Asian, Latin, Israeli, Italian, and Deli, for their special occasion, program, observance or celebration. In total, it is an enticing array of hors d’oeuvres, entrees, desserts, breads and beverages that are available from Fairway Market’s world class kosher catering kitchens.

In fact, Fairway Kosher caters to parties from five to 500 people and is already the exclusive for Temple Beth Torah on Long Island.  Its meat menu features traditional favorites such as triple decker New York deli sandwiches and deli platters with moist or lean pastrami and house cooked tongue. 

There are also have modern offerings such as the Latin dinner package with beef fajitas and “pollo a la brasa,” and the Game Day packages with bruschetta chicken heroes and house made potato chips, antipasto platters, BBQ brisket latke bites, Argentine skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and exceptional sushi and sashimi with Miami sunshine and Red Ocean rolls.  For dairy, Fairway offers its signature hand-sliced smoked salmon, whitefish, sable, baked salmon, together with its famous bagels, as well as inventive dishes such as black cod with wild mushrooms and lemon Beurre Blanc, and an artisanal cheese board with guava gelée served on a slate tray.

For birthday and other parties, there are packages with everything from crudités to short rib sliders to mini pastries to three-foot heroes and chicken wings. Breakfast meetings can be more memorable with Texas-style challah French toast, blintzes and quiche.
