CHEF LONDON'S THANKSGIVING REFRESHER COURSE



For all those who want their Thanksgiving dinners to be memorable, Fairway’s offers its annual Thanksgiving refresher course with Chef Mitchel London to take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the Fairway Café & Steakhouse (2127 Broadway) starting at 7 pm. The chef will prepare turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry relish and fresh apple pie and will give tips techniques, shortcuts and secrets to help participants get ready for their own Thanksgiving dinners on November 28, 2013. Following the cooking demonstration guests will enjoy roasted chicken with pan drippings, potatoes, carrots, and baby peas and warm apple pie for dinner.
